Motion-U Sharing Sessions: A Celebration of Ideas, AI, and Community
6 May & 12 May
The Motion-U Sharing Sessions held on 6 May and 12 May were more than just tech talks — they were a celebration of identity, creativity, and innovation within Motion-U.
These two sessions brought together students from across International Islamic University Malaysia to explore what Motion-U truly represents, while also unveiling something new and exciting — our very own AI system, Athena.
Introducing Athena for the First Time
One of the biggest highlights of the event was the first public introduction of Athena, Motion-U’s AI assistant. Built as part of our vision to empower student developers with intelligent tools, Athena represents a step forward in how we learn, build, and interact with technology.
For many attendees, this was their first time seeing Athena in action — and the curiosity in the room was immediate. People were eager to understand how it works, what it can do, and how it will evolve within the Motion-U ecosystem.
Launch of Athena-Inspired Experience
To make the launch even more memorable, we introduced Athena drinks and kek batik, creating a fun and community-driven atmosphere that blended tech with culture. It wasn’t just a tech showcase — it felt like a celebration.
The combination of innovation and food helped turn the session into something more personal and engaging, where participants could connect not only with ideas but also with each other.
Plato-Inspired Game by Neruena
Another exciting highlight was the launch of a Plato-inspired game, now available at
neruena.motionukict.com
This interactive experience, inspired by philosophical themes, allowed participants to explore ideas in a playful and engaging way. Many attendees were curious about how philosophy, AI, and gamification could come together — and the game sparked exactly that kind of discussion.
A Room Full of Curiosity
Throughout both sessions, the energy was incredible. Students asked questions, explored Athena, tried the game, and shared their thoughts openly. The curiosity around Athena was especially strong — many wanted to know how it was built and how it could be used in future projects.
What stood out most was not just the technology, but the community reaction. People weren’t just observing — they were engaging, experimenting, and imagining what comes next.
Looking Forward
The Motion-U Sharing Sessions showed that Motion-U is more than a club — it is a growing ecosystem of ideas, tools, and people who are passionate about building the future together.
With Athena, new interactive experiences, and an ever-curious community, this is only the beginning.
